    Alan Halsey is a complete idiot. He tested my kid for food allergies by IgE blood testing along (very unreliable in toddlers according to published studies), and when the blood tests were negative, he proclaimed my child free of food allergies. Even though my child was still breaking out in hives and projectile vomiting when injesting foods. I took my child for another opinion and got the correct diagnosis through the more appropriate skin prick testing. Seems Alan is too busy to read current studies and AAAAI guidlines on food allergy testing. And he practices as a specialist!!! So don't waste your time and money on this mediocre so-called specialist.
