  I have lived here for 6 months and I am extremely happy with the staff and the community. The office staff is extremely friendly with me and my son. It's a nice quiet community and we are looking forward to the new clubhouse!!

  Go somewhere else. Don't live here. The office and maintenance staff are nice, but that doesn't make up for the constant BS of living here. I've been here a year and a half and am counting the days until I can move out. Pretty on the outside, not on the in.

  I’ve lived here for 9 months now and in those 9 months my water has been turned off 4 separate times without warning and for hours at a time. This is ridiculous, they don’t tell anybody it’s going to be off the water just gets shut off. Signed my lease for another year because it’s the most affordable but I can’t wait to leave. Very unorganized.
